As Minister of Roads and Highways, Hon. Kwame Governs Agbodzaleads Ghana's road infrastructure programme — overseeing the planning, construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the nation's trunk, urban, and feeder road networks across all 16 regions.

Vision & Mandate

The Minister of Roads and Highwaysleads the Ministry's mandate to plan, construct, rehabilitate, and maintain Ghana's trunk, urban, and feeder road networks — connecting communities, enabling trade, and improving road safety for every Ghanaian. The Ministry oversees the Ghana Highway Authority, the Department of Urban Roads, the Department of Feeder Roads, and the Ghana Road Fund Secretariat.

Under this leadership, the Ministry has prioritised transparent, accountable delivery of road infrastructure — including this public Roads Report System, which lets every citizen track project progress and report road issues directly.
